Before
Customer requests came in through WhatsApp and phone calls. Managers tracked deals in a CRM, stock was counted in Excel, invoices and waybills were prepared in 1C, and the owner put reports together by hand once a week.
The problem
The same data was typed in three times: into the CRM, the stock spreadsheet and 1C.
Managers couldn't see stock levels and promised customers goods that were already gone.
The owner learned about problems late: the weekly report was only ready on Monday.
What we built
We built a Business OS: one system the whole company works in.
WhatsApp requests and calls land straight in the customer card.
Stock levels are visible inside each deal, and items are reserved automatically.
Invoices and waybills are generated from the deal and go to 1C without retyping.
The owner sees sales, stock and cash on one screen in real time.
The result
Data is entered once and then flows where it is needed. Managers spend their time on customers, not spreadsheets. The owner makes decisions on fresh numbers instead of a week-old report.
