This Policy explains what personal data Azatora LLP receives through the azatora.com website, why, where it is stored, who receives it and how it is protected. The Policy is based on Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection". This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

2. What data we receive
When you send a request through the "Contact us" form:
your name;
your phone number;
a description of your task, if you fill it in.
The following is saved automatically with the request: IP address, browser information, the page and language of the website the request was sent from, the date and time it was sent, and the version of this Policy you agreed to.
We do not ask for special categories of data (about health, religious or political views, etc.) or biometric data. Please do not include them in the task description.
The website is not intended for persons under 18.
3. Why we process the data
to contact you about your request and discuss the task;
to prepare a proposal and sign a contract if you decide to work with us;
to protect the website and the request form from spam, bots and abuse;
to comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We do not send advertising based on request data and we do not sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of your consent (section 8) and, if you sign a contract with us, to perform that contract. Processing is carried out in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection".
5. Where the data is stored and who receives it
Requests are stored in a database on a server located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Only Azatora LLP employees who handle requests have access to them.
To run the website we use services located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Each receives only what it needs for its task:
Telegram: a notification about a new request (name, phone, task description) is sent to a private work group of our employees so that we can reply faster;
Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): checks that the form is sent by a person and not a program, using the IP address and technical browser information;
Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA): the website fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive the IP address and browser information.
This is a cross-border transfer of personal data. It is based on your consent (section 8) and limited to what is needed for the purposes in section 3.
We do not share data with anyone else, except authorised government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon their lawful request.
6. How long we keep the data
Requests are kept for 3 years from the date they were sent and are then deleted automatically.
If a contract is signed, the data is kept for as long as the contract and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan require, for example accounting laws.
Technical server logs that contain IP addresses are used only to protect the website and find errors, and are kept for a limited time.
If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your data earlier, except data we are required to keep by law.
7. How we protect the data
the connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS);
access to the website management system is protected by a password and a limit on login attempts;
the request form is protected from bots and mass submissions;
only employees who need requests for their work can access them.
8. Consent to the processing of personal data
By ticking "I agree to the processing of my personal data" in the request form and sending the request, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give Azatora LLP your consent to collect and process the data in section 2 for the purposes in section 3, including its cross-border transfer to the services in section 5.
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until you withdraw it, but no longer than the periods in section 6.
You can withdraw your consent by writing to info@azatora.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
find out whether we hold your personal data and receive information about it;
ask us to correct, block or delete the data;
withdraw your consent to processing;
complain about our actions to the authorised personal data protection body or to a court.
Send requests to info@azatora.com. We will reply within the time limits set by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Technical cookies are needed to protect the request form from forged requests and to let employees sign in to the website management system. You can disable them in your browser settings, but the request form may then fail to send.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy, for example if new forms or services appear on the website. The current version is always published on this page, and its effective date is shown at the top.
